Squad selection

A coach may enter as many WFC squads as they please. Entry is $10 per WFC squad.

Squads must consist of:

Each player has been given a value (as calculated by 2007 B&F results and 2008 preseason training). The total value of your squad must not exceed $4 million.

Scoring

During the season, players will be allocated a point score after each game, based on their performances in the matches.

The points will be calculated using data provided to us by the official score sheet. We will not enter into any correspondence relating to the allocation of points to players. We accept no responsibility for the accuracy of this data.

Captains

You must nominate two members of your team to be captain & vice captain. Your captain will score double the number of points he would usually have been awarded that round. Your vice captain will be awarded an additional 50% of points scored.

If your captain &/or vice captain do not play then the bonus will be lost. Another player will not take over the captaincy/vice captaincy in their place.

Interchange

If any of your designated 21 players play no part in the round, then the highest scoring player from the same designated position on your interchange will take their place. If your formation doesn’t warrant any interchange for that designated position, then the points will be lost.

Trade

A trade period will commence on the completion of Round 9. Squads changes must be submitted by Tuesday 14th June, otherwise will remain unchanged.

Tuesday 3rdth June, a new price list will be distributed. Any buying or selling of players will be according to the ‘new’ price list and not according to prices from the beginning of the season. The total value of your squad must still not exceed $4 million.

A maximum of 5 trades maybe be made.

Captain & vice captain may also be changed at no expense.
