At all levels of football healthy debates rage as to 'who was the best'. There have been many exceptional players to grace the hallowed Warrandyte turf and a panel of WFC stalwarts including Life Members, coaches, past committee and past players had the unenviable task of selecting exactly who the best Warrandyte footballers were and create a 'Team of the Century'. Teams were selected in decades from the 1950's up to 1999 and then combined to make the best of the best. The result shows how fortunate we've been to have so many talented footballers at the club. Many of them proven at various levels including AFL, VFL, SANFL & WAFL.
