Delivery

Dear Warrandyte Football Club Valued Customer,

An order status will be emailed to you once your order has been received and dispatched, expect delivery within 4 -14 working days. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, then please contact us and we will trace your parcel for you.

To ensure that you continue to receive emails from us in your inbox (not junk folder), please add www.warrandytefc.com and warrandyte@efl.org.au to your address book, otherwise emails may not reach you due to either web-based emails restrictions or computer spam filters.

Times of Shipping once dispatch occurs:
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 3-7 business days (excluding remote areas which may take up to 18 business days).

– We Ship free of charge.
– Signature is required on delivery.
– Tracking on all parcels after shipment.

Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more deliveries. If you have specified delivery to more than one address when placing your order please note that there is a separate charge for each destination address. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday and Friday (AEST) are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by the end of Monday.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.). All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. Offers are available until stocks sell out.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
